Terms of Service

Federal law in the U.S. clearly states businesses have a right to refuse service to anyone. Service can be refused unless the company is discriminating against a particular class under federal, state, or local law. The Federal Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Americans with Disabilities Act, says no state that serves the public can discriminate based on:

• Sex

• Age

• Disability, pregnancy, or genetic information

• Veteran status
